Hello
I have had multiple customers complain of getting error messages trying to complete their payment. Why is this happening for some customers and not others?

I checked your form but I could not reproduce the issue anymore.
Please take note that for PayPal Checkout, you will still need to authorize the payment first via PayPal button because you have set the PayPal Credits and Card payments option to default.
So you cannot use Submit button right away.
Please let us know if issue persist.

What my colleague meant is to click first the Paypal button to authorize the Paypal account before clicking the submit button.
Anyway, I also tested your form both on mobile and on desktop but I couldn't reproduce the problem.
According to Paypal, the 403 error shown in your screenshot seems to be related to the expired authentication or login session. Please ask your users to try it again or authenticate their Paypal account again within the form by clicking the Paypal button.
