Account auto suspended

    When I tried to log in I got a message that said "auto-abort" and then it blocked me repeatedly.  Next, I tried changing my password.  I got the email and followed the directions, but when I tried to log-in nothing happened.  After several attempts in Safari and then Chrome, your website stopped responding completely.  I cannot login to my account.  Please help.
