Hi, I'm talmudtorahmilano. I can't restore the changes I made yesterday at 3.32pm even if I select "restore". After these changes yesterday evening I made the change of user, I think this is the reason why I can no longer restore them. Can you kindly verify?

Sorry, but are you trying to revert changes made in your form? Are you trying to revert to the change made on Oct 2 on your form as shown below?
