Getting an error when trying to complete draft submission through Jotform mobile forms app

when using the app, to view draft submissions. choosing the complete form option. i am always shown a 'error loading page'

Error Code: 1

Description: the operation couldn't be completed. operation not permitted

any ideas?

Is this for the "PIGSDON - TIP AND SETTLEMENT POND INSPECTION LOG" form? If not, please share the form URL and on your mobile app, share the form to support@jotform.com. We will try the draft feature on your form to see if we can replicate the problem.

So far, I cannot replicate it on my form, shared or not.

Please do not attempt to delete the cache data of the app. That will delete your draft submissions. Instead, try to log out and log back in then sync your form data. Next, view the draft and try to complete it to see if the problem persists.
