Can't access encrypted form

I cannot access encrypted form. I followed instructions & disabled key then requested a new one - 2 times, still unable to read submitted forms. Now I am no longer given the option to enter key.

Please advise how I can see submitted forms : CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT NOTICE

Do note that encrypted submissions will not be decrypted using a new private key.

You would have to use the private key that was used to encrypt your old submission data.

When you create a new private key, new submissions will only be affected.

You may find your old private key in your download folder

    https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them#Where-Can-I-Find-the-Private-Key-After-Downloading-It

If you have enabled notification email, you may use your downloaded private key to test it.

Do note that we cannot recover or decrypt submission data at our end as the private key is unique.

    Hope this information helps.

    Thanks for responding
I’ve tried to log onto my account from 3 different devices - it will not login.
Has my access been suspended because of the constant encryption changes?

I just checked your account, but it does not seem to be blocked, generating multiple decryption keys should not cause this either.

I have flushed the log in attempts, please try logging in now.
