Salesforce Integration giving an authentication error.

    Hello,

    Please see two attachments provided by my developer.  


    Here is his message to me:  


    I have some authenticating issues in the jotform, Can you forward my email to their support.
     
    when I open the integration section in jotform I find this error.  (see attachment - Jot Form)
     
    when I click authenticate button then it authenticated without any error. See the below screen shot (see attachment - Jot Form 2)
     
    ....but when ever I closed the form and open it again I find the authenticate error. I do not know what is happening.
     
    My IP is universal white list so no need to enter security token.
     
    Please look into this issue and let me know your thoughts.

    Thank you for contacting us. Please not that the security token is required in order to integrate correctly with Salesforce. So, please make sure to enter all the required details:

    Username

    Password

    Security token

    Then, click on the authenticate button: https://www.jotform.com/help/271-Flexible-Data-Integration-With-Salesforce
