Hello,
Please see two attachments provided by my developer.
Here is his message to me:
I have some authenticating issues in the jotform, Can you forward my email to their support.when I open the integration section in jotform I find this error. (see attachment - Jot Form)when I click authenticate button then it authenticated without any error. See the below screen shot (see attachment - Jot Form 2)....but when ever I closed the form and open it again I find the authenticate error. I do not know what is happening.My IP is universal white list so no need to enter security token.Please look into this issue and let me know your thoughts. -

Thank you for contacting us. Please not that the security token is required in order to integrate correctly with Salesforce. So, please make sure to enter all the required details:
Username
Password
Security token
Then, click on the authenticate button: https://www.jotform.com/help/271-Flexible-Data-Integration-With-Salesforce
