Created form disappear from the control Panel

    We did a form this morning for a client and it works but seems disappeared from My forms list. Can you advise on this matter?

    Hi! Your form seems to be in place. Could you please try clearing browser cache? Also, you may use a searchbar on MyForms page with form ID as  92771522844462:
