Hello,
I want to save message voice I receive from jotform but i can't find a way.
I tried google drive & dropbox but I only have a texte document not a .wav file
How can I save these voice files online ?

Unfortunately, for the "Voice Recorder" widget, it only attaches the link of the audio file where you can download it and not the actual file itself.
However, you can use a File Upload widget instead if you'll be accessing the form via mobile. Just limit the file type to be uploaded to "mp3 or wav":
Once the user clicked "Browse files" button, it will give them an option to upload a "voice memo". It works like the Voice recorder widget but the files will be sent to Google Drive/DropBox.
Please try that and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for this workaround.
Unfortunately, the user experience is bad with this workaround.
The voice recorder widget you've is great, I only need to have a feature
allowing to store it somewhere to fit my needs.
UX is key in my business and I can't allow this on my website.
Best regards and feel free to contact me when this feature online is.

I understand. Let me raise that as a feature request ticket so our developers could take a look at the possibility of adding that feature.
I may not able to provide you an ETA when or will it be implemented, but you'll be informed on this thread as soon as updates are available.
