    E-Signatures not working as expected

    Hey, around 880 hours since you posted this blog ... and this feature still doesn't deliver the signature in emails ... shame on you man ... who doesn't put a new feature working properly at the top of their priority list? This sucks ... massive red herring for me I'm afraid ... I'd have rather spent zero hours on this and known about it when it worked properly ... and been delighted :-( really disappointed

    As far as I know, most of the bugs related to the E-signature were fixed.

    Are you referring to the signature image that was replaced with the link on the emails? We hope to get an alternative embedding option at some point.

    Mike,

    I suggested the e-signature function originally.

    I advised that it wasn't working correctly on release ... in reports and emails.

    I have spent a lot of time making suggestions re. hint .... which has not been added ... whereas useless things like hover have.

    It is possible to get signature delivered in emails ... if you don't edit the default email .... so the "proof of concept" is there. It can be done.

    Can you tell me what the problem is when one edits the email ... and it can't be delivered... why can it not be fixed?

    You see the bottom line is I can't use e-signature after all this ... because I can't get it delivered in emails.

    My clients and everyone else's don't want a link to a png file!! If the jotform logo can be delivered in the email ... why can't the signature? 

    It's obvious to me that you don't use this function in a market situation ... no one can sell a png link to a client!!

    Your comment ..."at some point" bothers me ... that is ... its not being fixed is it?

    It seems you've abandoned it at the most crucial point ... its useless mate as it stands ... it needs to be delivered in emails.
