Continue Forms Later: Selected Multiple choice field options not being saved on Card Forms - both offline and online forms

    I have set up online forms with multiple-choice boxes when the technicians are using the forms, if they are offline the multiple-choice selections are not saving, so they have to re-enter all of the data.

    Hi @RobGEA,

    I just tried to clone your form, sync it on my Jotform Mobile and was able to replicate the issue.

    Let me have some more time to conduct further tests and get back to you on this thread shortly.

    I have conducted several tests with a clone of your form and my own test form. I was able to replicate the issue. The option/s selected in the multiple choice field is not being saved.

    Let me escalate this to our backend team for them to take a look at the issue. Rest assured that you'll be informed on this thread as soon as updates are available.

    We seem to be having several issues of lost forms when the technicians are filling the forms out offline, then attempting to upload them afterwards. Have you seen problems with this? Yesterday 8 service forms were submitted offline, unfortunately only 6 uploaded correctly, so we need to send out technicians back again.
