We didn't know the form was encryped so the first two submissions are now encrypted.  I've gone back and turned on the encryption again so that I can unencrypt however, its not giving me the option to put in the key.  What do I do?

If you have the original encryption key, you may use it to decrypt those submissions. Please log in through a different browser, and you will be asked to upload the key when attempting to view the submissions page.

However, if the encryption key is lost, there is nothing that can be done since the key is never sent to our servers. Please disable the encryption feature to avoid losing access to new submissions.

Note: generating a new key will not decrypt the old data.
