Custom JotForm Widget workflow deprecations/issues

The deprecation of the old Custom Jotform Widget workflow and the introduction of the new Custom Jotform Widget workflow has been extremely unprofessional and has broken features in our paid JotForm account our business relies on.

We need resolution regarding the following issues urgently:

Jotform has 

1. Deprecated the original Custom Jotform Widgets workflow without providing notice.  (https://developers.jotform.com/myapps)

2. 1. Failed to providing notice.

   2. Failed to offer a migration plan to the new Custom Jotform Widget workflow

   3. Failed to provide new Custom Jotform Widget documentation and have left in place the old documentation that provides conflicting information.

   4. A new Custom Jotform Widget created via old workflow (https://developers.jotform.com/widgets/new) does not show up in jotform form editor.

   5. There’s a backward compatibility issue where we cannot update an existing Custom Jotform Widget (created months ago through the old workflow). The changes fail to propagate to the widget in the jotform form editor. 

3. Deprecated the ability to have non-public Custom Jotform Widget 

4. 1. Failed to providing notice.

   2. The new workflow no longer allows the widget  “status” to be manually changed by the developer, implying that when you create a new widget it is automatically submitted for public approval.

   3. It is undocumented what will happen if the submission is approved (Will it immediately become public?) or what will happen if it is denied (Will the widget be deleted? Will it stop working in forms? Will it be private?)

5. Not provided a way to view, edit, or delete Custom Jotform Widgets created via the new workflow.

Urgent questions for Jotform:

Is it possible to un-deprecate the old custom widget workflow until

1. notice is provided

2. a migration path is detailed

3. there is feature parity (can have private custom jotform widgets)

4. there a docs for the new Custom Jotform Widget workflow

5. the new Custom Jotform Widget workflow is complete (links all work, can view, edit and delete widgets)

When are you planning to fully deprecate the old Custom Jotform Widget workflow? (https://developers.jotform.com/myapps)

What will happen to the Custom Jotform Widgets we currently have that were created through the old workflow? Will they be automatically migrated, deleted?
