File upload: some form submissions do not show the uploaded files

    Hi, some of our submission has file upload issue. It does not appear in the for submitted of uploaded files. Please advise

    Are the uploaded files not appearing in the form submission page? 

    Could you let us know in which form you are facing this issue?
