The submit button at the bottom of the page is mostly cut off.  Any suggestions?

Please try increasing the height in px of the iframe the form uses. Try 1836px

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/30866514730151" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1836px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Please try this. Inform us if the issue persists.

    Thanks.

No that did not correct it.  Is it possible, it could have something to do with the Captcha.  Yesterday, I was using the basic one; and the Submit button was on the form.  It was after, I went to the more advances one is when the problem started arising.

I also had created a second form and the Submit button doesn't appear at all.

Can you please try clearing first the embedded jotform code on your form. It seems odd that your codes have other codes that are on it when I viewed your page source.

Please clean all the codes, and then try only using the code I provided.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/30866514730151" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1836px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Test it afterwards. Inform us if this still does not fix it.

    Thanks.

I went ahead for the time being and went back to the basic Captcha and the submit button is showing.  Will this give me virtually the same protection as the advanced.

By cleaning do you mean just deleting the code and repasting?

I can see here that the form is showing correctly. The basic captcha is also effective enough to block spam in your form.

Although I would tell you personally, that I am not confident with the current codes in your form. Using basic or advance captcha should not have caused getting your form cut off. I think the caused of the cut off form is script conflict. Between your page, and the script part of the embedded form code.

    ---

By cleaning, I meant you removed all the original code you gathered from JotForm and had embedded on your website page. O this image, I have highligted the codes that you should clear.

and only embed this code instead.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/30866514730151" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1836px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

If OK with you, I think you should at least try. If it does not work, you can always go back and try the old iframe code instead.

    Thanks.

The other webpage is not working properly for the Submit button.  I am using the IFrame for the code.

When I click on the edit button to take me back into WordPress, the submit button will appear real briefly.  The other web page is:

    Hi,

As my colleague suggested with your previous form. Can you also please try to delete original codes of the form from your site:

And replace it with these codes:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.us/form/30887148968170" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:891px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

Thank you!  That did work!  What am I doing wrong when I am coping the iframe code from my form?

Are you following this guide to copy the iframe code ?

If you do that , it will render the code below, what , what you need to do is to take out the script type code and just leave the iFrame one

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.us/form/30887148968170" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:600px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

Thanks and I will try that on my next form; I was just copying as what was being provided and was not aware that I had to take anything out of the code!
