You can solve the problem via following these steps,

    1. Click "SETTINGS" then "EMAILS"

    2. Click "Notification Mails"

    3. Enable the "Send Uploads as Attachment" or "PDF Attachment"

I am requesting a lot of LARGE VERY LARGE files. I dont want them in the email. Rather I want to be able to access it on your INBOX platform. Is that possible????

That is possible, though note that for free accounts, you only have up to 100MB space. You may refer to our Pricing page for each plan's limit:

Meanwhile, I cloned your form and made a test submission but was not able to replicate the issue.

Can you please share a link where we can download the PDF file you used on your previous submission so we may test it on our end.

Also, I noticed that you have multiple upload fields on your form in which the max file size for each field are quite big and if you total all of the fields' max file size, it is already more than 100MB.

May I suggest instead the you integrate your form with Google Drive, so that all your uploads gets synced to your Google Drive account.
