I have one form the customer starts with and fills out a portion of contact information as well as signs consent of our policy, then on the same form they click hyperlink to a new form. I want the information from the first form to be transferred to the second form. How do I do that?

If its possible to call and talk that would be amazing too

    Form 1:

Then the forms they are passed to are the services buttons towards the bottom

You can automatically pass form data from the first form to the second Form. So, you will redirect the user to another form and prepopulate the second form with the previous form's data.

Basically, you will have Form 1's data to be prepopulated to Form 2 after clicking the submit button. In order to do this, please check and follow this guide:

Please give it a try and let us know, how it goes.
