How to have a finalized field on the form for admins?

    Hi there - great product - we are using the form to track athlete injuries and we would like to add a field called 'finalised' and only report where that field is filtered to not ticked (ie we only want to show 'live' records but we want to keep the history of the injuries and not delete the rows but rather exclude from reports when 'finalised')

    Hi Andrew,

    That's possible with JotForm. You can use Free Text HTML tool and paste the following checkbox code with disabled attribute. 

    <label class="form-label-left" for="dummy"> Injury finalised </label><div class="form-input"><div class="form-single-column"><span class="form-checkbox-item"><input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox" id="dummy" value="Returned to training/play" disabled><label for="dummy"> Returned to training/play </label></span><span class="clearfix"></span></div>

    Now, since the option is created with Free Text, it will not be included on the reports and email notifications. Let us know if this isn't what you want. Thanks!
