Possible Spam/Illegal Submission from a Jot Form

    Good afternoon, 


    My boss received the attached email yesterday, which was some sort of submission generated through Jot Form. Can you help us understand what this form is for -- he did not submit this himself -- and if possible, please remove this submission.

    It looks like the form is looking for models for Miss Swimsuit USA International. We will go ahead and contact the owner of the form in order to remove this for you. Thank you for reaching out in this regard.
