Dropbox Integration > PDF Document: ALL of the PDF submissions are sent in the old layout.

    Team,

     

    This is the second time I've reached out about this. About 30-40% of the time a wrong file format gets exported to Dropbox. This is true across all my forms and nott just unique to 1. What information can I provide to help fix this?

    I can go and manually download the correct version from Jotform Inbox, but that defeats the purpose of the integration.

    More details. This is how the form comes through (incorrect format). I redacted sensitive information.

    This bug report is already assigned to our developers. However, there is no updates yet, nor an estimated time-frame for a resolution. You'll be notified via this forum thread if there is any update.
