Troubleshoot a glitchy form: users are unable to submit form

    We have had a few people tell us in the last 2 weeks that they were unable to fill out forms for a couple of reasons:

    1. they were unable to submit form because it kept jumping them back up the page. (To me, that means something is missing that needs to be filled out. )

    2. Every time they clicked on the form is "kicks them out"

    Again, I just dont want to keep assuming it is user error. Any recommendations on how I can trouble shoot.

    I just tested your form on the link provided above and was able to submit the form with any issue. It is working fine.

    Probably your users might be facing an issue with the Short Scrollable terms widget added in the last page. Users will have to scroll down to the end of the terms and only then they would be able to tick mark the check box. It could be possible that they try to tick off the checkbox before scrolling through the entire terms and were unable to do so.

    Could you confirm with the users if they were able to reach the last page without any issue and if they faced this issue (what I mentioned above) on the last page?
