Sorry... I had posted this privately, but just realized I don't know how you will respond to a private message, so I'm posting publically. The form I've embedded into google sites is not displaying correctly. See link.

If you posted it as private, only you and supporters can access the post.
The form in standalone is fine. I checked your website and I suggest to edit the div where the form is pasted.
Please try to add height on style. It should look like style="width:550px;height:640px;"
<div class="sites-embed-border-off sites-embed" style="width:550px;">

I apologize for my first answer. It was for embedding the form on HTML.
Please edit the height on the gadget page.
Here are the steps.
1. Go to page where the your form is embedded.
2. Then click edit .
3. Then click the form, then click properties.
4. Then edit the height, then click ok.

The width and height when I set up the gadget is already set to 550 x 640, however, my form is much longer than 640 anyways, but shouldn't this be identified in the embed code?
I'm not really following what you're trying to instruct me to do. Is there a different way to embed the form into google sites? Do you want me to change the html code? If so, I didn't see any text that looked like what you wrote in your reply...
I guess I'm not sure why it isn't working correctly when I follow your instructions. Is there another way I should be embedding the form?

You can check the "Include a scrollbar on gadget when necessary" on the step 4 above. And you can also adjust the height you prefer. The maximum height is 2000px.
Then save it.
