What i would like to do is to create a few forms under my own premium account and then put these forms on my clients website. They would recieve all the data and form submissions. However the forms need to be under my own account so i can alter and change them at will. I did not see an area where i could do this. Your response is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your message. The setup you described is possible with JotForm. Here's how:
a) Set up an email notification that will forward all submissions to your client's email address/es.
In this way, your client will receive an email notification everytime a new form submission is received
For more information about email notifications, please visit these threads:
b) Create a password-protected public submissions page
This will give your client easy access to all submissions including file attachments. You can make this password protected or not.
To achieve this, go to your form's submissions page. Then follow the steps in the screenshot below:
Once your client visits the public submissions page URL, they will have instant access to all information submitted by users, provided that they know the password.
Being the owner of this account, your access will remain the same. You will still be able to edit and manage the forms anytime you like.
We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!
