I have now removed your email from the bounce list. It should be working fine now.
Here's the bounced reason:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'
There might be an issue with your email service provide while JotForm sends the notification that's why it ended up to the bounce list. Please check this article and follow the suggestions as it may help prevent this from occurring again. How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues.
