You can set up an email that is sent to the person who submitted the form by clicking on Email Alerts in the Setup & Embed tab. Next click the Add New Email button, choose the Autoresponder option and click Next.
On this screen you can add in the email address and name you want the email to be sent from ie. your own details. The email should already be set to be sent to the Email address the user input on the form so you should not need to change that.
Click next to compose the body of the email. You can add your own text and use the form fields submitted by the user which you'll see on that screen.
