Account autosuspended

    It seems that my account has been autosuspended and I am now unable to login. What is the problem, how can I solve it and get back to the form I was creating? Thank you.

    Sorry about that. I have now reactivated your account. You can now log in.

    Your account was autosuspended because your form was flagged as a possible phishing form. After manually reviewing the form here, I don't see anything suspicious so I have lifted the suspension and added the form into our whitelist to prevent this from happening again.
