Why won't my form download as a pdf?

Can you please confirm the steps that you are following to download the submissions as PDF?

I have tried to open the link and download the submissions as PDF and it went fine at my end. Below are the steps that I followed:

When I click download all as a pdf, it says it is sending me a zip folder, but it never sends.

Actually it takes some time to receive the zip link. Can you please try the link below:
