How do I make it so the front facing form to customers shows yes or no but when the form get submitted the data shows true or false.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display different values to the user and you in the same field.
May we know your Form in question so that we can suggest any workaround if possible. In which question do you want to implement this?

You may try duplicating the field and change the values to True/False and this field may be hidden on the form.
Then add the following conditions to the form to change the value of the new field by the selection on the existing field.
So, in the email notification or thank you page, you may show only the new field added to the user.

How do I hide the field?
You may hide the field by right-clicking on the field and select Hide field option.
How do I get to the conditions?
Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up the conditions on the form.
