Is payment required for form to work

If we create a form, does it have to have a method of payment attached in order to work? Right now it won't work with out Paypal. We want it to be able to email us with out any payment to be required. We work on a cash basis with our customers as we are VERY small.

You can create a form with a payment integration or without a payment integration. Both will work. However, if you want to collect payments, you should use some of our payment integrations. You can find them all below:

You can also create a form where the payment field is not required. So, your users will be able to submit the form even without a payment. But the payment fields will appear and the respondents will have this option available.
