    Hello,

I have always used log in with facebook to create my forms, for some reason it will not allow me to login that way and the form link that I have been sending to people says not found or disabled.  I did not disable the form, nor can I even get into my jot form account.  I tried to use the email address that is connected with my facebook account and do a password reset.  That is not allowing me to sign in either.  Please assist.

    Thank you,

    Amanda (Giza) Rodrigues

    Hi Amanda,

As checked, your account has been suspended as this form: 30 Days of Thankfulness! contains plain text fields that collect Credit Card information. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use.

You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

You can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with these integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.

Lastly, we can reactivate the account but we need to delete the infringing fields from your form. You must also agree with our Terms of Use.

OK, I did not know that, I apologize.  Can I take that off of the form and regain access to my account?

I have removed the infringing fields in the form and reactivated the account. Please try logging in again.

As mentioned, you can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with these integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.
