Unable to login to our account

    Hi, I have just created an account under the username 'tamaracj', and recieved multiple e-mail confirmations from jotform, and have also verified my e-mail address.


    However, when I try to login, it comes up with an error saying the username is not recognised, despite having recieved an e-mail from jotform confirming my username to be tamaracj.


    Please could you look into this for me.

    As we check the account tamaracj, it is active and good in standing. If you have forgotten your account password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset link will be sent to the account registered email address.
