I changed the form ID as requested and that did not fix the problem.  Please advise...

I am not sure what you mean by saying you have changed form ID as requested. Please note that you cannot change form ID but you can clone your form to create a new form with new form id but that will not solve the problem you have mentioned about the error you get.

Please note that this error is displayed if you are using incorrect "API Login ID" & "Transaction Key" in the authorize.net payment tool integration. Please check the screenshot below:
