Hello, i am sorry if this is completely out of Jotform usage but I was wondering if I could use Jotform for the below:
I run a website where suppliers can download a Safely Certificate (PDF) - but i would like them to pay via PayPal before they can download it. I was thinking that they could enter their details and on submit would take them to a page where the PDF would be located - however i would need that page to not be viewable to the outside world.
Does this make sense (sorry new to Jotform)? or does anyone have any better ideas - all ideas welcome.

You can create a form and Include a Paypal payment field.
You can then create an Autoresponder E-mail that will be generated once the payment process is completed.
This E-mail can contain the PDF download link.
Or you can have the user redirected to a custom URL after the payment is completed.
Here is a sample form that accomplishes something like what you are looking for:
