Form will not send and turns black.

When sending a form, the box turns black and we receive frowny face

Does the issue continue? If it does not load in your end, please try using a different internet connection or try clearing your browsers cache.

If the issue happens when attempting to submit it, can we please try doing a real submission in order to test it? I see that it is embedded through the Iframe method, which should prevent any conflict.
