Not all my fields are showing when received

    I build an RSVP form it looks great but, upon testing we notice that not all the entry fields are showing. I checked 2 activities and only 1 showed as checked when received.


    Also, I lost the clean response layout. The responsesare all "scrunched" where the person they are going to cannot tell the question from the answer. (see screenshot)


    How do I fix these issues?

    Can you please try to delete the current notification that you have and create a new one?

    This is to refresh the field ID's that you currently have on your notification.
