    Hello,

My employer, the Lake Bluff Library, has been a JotForm customer for about five years or so. We recently received our monthly bill for our account and noticed a sales tax, which we've never seen before. We are a tax-exempt organization, so I was wondering how I would go about getting that reversed and also how to set up our account so that tax is not added for future transactions. In researching this question, I discovered that you also offer a non-profit and education discounts. As a public library, which one of these discounts are we eligible for? I wasn't able to find more specific information on your website.

    Thank you for your help!

    Sincerely,
    Martha O'Hara

To which account is your issue related to. Please provide us the account username or email address.

If you are a non-profit organization you can apply for a discount and provide the appropriate document that officiates your nonprofit status.

I checked the subscription for the account illlblibrary and it is paid via our payment processor FastSpring. Please contact the FastSpring support about the tax exemption at support@fastspring.com

I would also suggest you to stay on your current Premium plan. The non-profit discount cannot be applied to our old subscriptions, such as Premium. You will need to upgrade to a Bronze plan $19 per month.  The price for discounted Non-profit Bronze subscription is $9.50, which is $0.45 cheaper than your current subscription, but the Bronze accounts are limited to 25 forms and with our old Premium account you can create an unlimited number of forms. Considering that you currently have more than 50 forms, you will not be able to create new forms, if you switch the subscription.

    Joanna,

Thank you so much! I've reached out to Fast Spring. Also, thank you for letting me know about the difference between the two subscriptions! That is super helpful--25 forms would definitely not be sustainable for us, so I really appreciate the head's up. Thank you!
