Until recently all my jotform replies/receipts used to come from email@example.com and therefore all were automatically flagged on receipt. Now they all come from the email of the person filling in the form, meaning all replies have to be individually flagged. I have checked the jotform settings for my email notifications. The 'from email' is definitely set to firstname.lastname@example.org but this seems to make no difference as the emails still come from the person completing the form. Any help please?

Thank you for using JotForm!
I’ve looked into your issue and I see what you mean. Instead of getting the “no-reply” address you get the user’s email. Now, to get around this, just go ahead and recreate the email notification. Delete the old one and replicate it. Just make sure that you use the no-reply address then save it. This should solve the problem.
Hope this helps!

I have done what you said and deleted the notification and then made a new one. However the same problem exists. Even though noreply@jotform is set as the sender email it still says its from the form-fillers email address. The only exception is where a requirement in the form is not met and the form-filler is then directed to a different message at the end.

I cloned your form and then tested your notification email setup and it seems to work fine. I receive the email from Jotform <email@example.com>.
Note: In this clone of your form, I have unset the Required option for the fields so that I can submit the form without filling out a lot of details.
Did you use the Test Email function in the notification email wizard? During a test email, the sender's email shown is your own email address and not firstname.lastname@example.org. I tested your email alerts for a couple of times and I haven't had any problems so far.
Hope this clears things out. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks for that. Yes when I tested it it just kept saying it was from my own email address. That's why I thought it hadn't changed. Hopefully it will be ok now. Thanks again.
