Is there a way to make some sort of master page in jot form that then allows users (people in church at our kiosk) an option for which form they want to fill out?

Example: We have a weekly communicator card form, we are going to have an event form as well. I'd like to have one main screen, then people select from the screen which form they want to fill out. The one form is made the traditional all info on one page form while the other is a one line per page form.

    Thanks in advance!

It is possible to insert HTML links inside your form.

You may insert each form link in your form for your form respondents to fill.

You can use the Text element to hold the Form URL.

However, if you wish to show the selected form inside the main form, you can use the Iframe embed widget and embed each form .

You can use conditions, to show/hide the Iframe embed.

For my example, I have used the classic form layout :https://form.jotform.com/92895718833979

    Hope this information helps.
