    My permissions aren't working properly?

Asked by ymedia on April 02, 2013 at 07:21 PM

I have created permissions for many of my drop down menu items.

However, when I go to my website or preview the form, the permissions are not working.

Can you tell me how to fix this issue?

    Cheers,

    Micheal.

    Hi Michael,

Do you mean conditions? Your conditional logic seems to be working fine. You only have one conditional logic on the form.

Can you describe to us what would be the function that you'd like to have on the form? What fields to be shown when certain field is selected? Let us know so we can help you about that.

    Thanks

    Hi Welvin,

I've solved the issue! I was setting a permission that was overiding itself. In short though, I've solved the issue. Thankyou.

I have another question for you though, not sure if it's best answered here. But by filling out the form, is there a way I can give them a total cost based on their selections?

    So option A (from dropdown menu 1) + option B (from dropdown menu 2) = $XX?

    Michael,

You can use the payment fields found in Payment tools. If you only need an order form, then use the Purchase Order field. It will  provide you all the computations and the options on how you want to display the cost of your products.

This article will also help as guide in customizing your form.

Inform us if you have more question.

    Thanks.
