camilleWAsked on October 18, 2019 at 9:13 AMAlso, I had a client complain that the form timed out while she was filling it out. She lost all of the information. I had to send her a Microsoft copy of the form to fill out. If I'm having all these problems, I may cancel my subscription and go back to using Microsoft Word. It's a real headache all these issues.

You can enable the autofill option on the form. This would save the user's progress at browser local cache. The form will be prefilled when opened next time with the same browser:
How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms.
Form: https://www.jotform.com/build/71674144858163/settings/general
Since Autofill uses the browser's Local Storage, please keep in mind that your users need to use the same browser (where they left) in order for the saved field values to autofill in the form.
Hope this helps!
Thanks. -
