My form doesn't do what I want. People see double fields or fields they shouldn't be in the form and the notifications-mails are not correct either. I also get empty fields in the mails?! It's starting when I'm working for one group in the form(with hide/shown fields). At this moment the other group get confused again and the properties get lost, I think.
The option to leave a field empty by loading the form for the first time doesn't work either. So the visitor sees already a lot of questions he shouldn't, because the form choose automatically which user (group)he is.
Help? Greetings, NataliaPage URL:

You have duplicate fields. You can actually just use one single field. You can use this guide to show multiple fields using single conditional entry: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry.
Empty Emails because some fields on your form are not required. I suggest you to make them as required:
But as far as I can see, your conditional logic setting seems to be working fine. Have you tried checking your form using the direct URL: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30852879922365.
I'll get back to your for some additional notes about your settings. I'm checking this further.
