I've got a problem in this scenario:
Jotform sends an email to insert a record in my Zoho application.
Sometimes, Zoho receives more than one email, so records became n-plicated in zoho (sometime 2, or more, even 8!).
The form that causes this kind of problem, is: ArpaVIP - Modulo Richiesta Verifica Attrezzature
the address that n-plicates email is "notifica a Zoho".

Switching to html mode, zoho (destination system), doesn't work: it rejects the email.
Is there another way to solve the problem?
I have checked your form and I don't see a current Zoho integration. Can you please re-build it?
Hi Diego, I see that you have set this up as a Notification to send to your a Zoho Email address. Unfortunately as of right now as far as I know our system isn't built to work that way so I don't think that this will work without problems which is why it becomes confused and is sending the duplicates since it doesn't fully recognize this type of configuration.
At this point our recommendation is to follow our guide by implementing our Zoho Integration and have it send the data this way.
this is very strange, because other forms are working fine, they send data from jotform to zoho in the same way. For istance, the form "Nuova registrazione" never duplicate records.
We still have trouble only with this form...please can you check it again?

I have tried replicating this issue but I'm unable to get it properly and all I got is an authorization failed email from Zoho saying that my test was blocked as SPAM, though I've managed to send notification using the provided template from Zoho. With this, I would suggest to recopy the template and re-add the field tag to your form notification. It would be better to re-create the form notification as well.
Furthermore, since this isn't somewhat like a JotForm Feature unless you are using JotForm - Zoho Integration, I would suggest to ask an assistance about this on the Zoho side. I don't think there's something that needs to be changed on the JotForm's end or on your form perhaps I've missed something but I don't have clue at the moment since JotForm is only sending data through email to your Zoho Form without any integration so there must be something that causes the data to duplicate, probably a symbol or special characters when it lands to Zoho. It would be best to ask an advice regarding this at Zoho Support.
