Yesterday my "Contact Us" form notifications came through to our email as coming from the name/email of the inquiring party. Perfect!
Today? ALL our notification emails are from JOTFORM! This causes BIG problems in gmail which stacks similar subjects together. We need each notification to be a distinct email, using the name/email in the notification form was working fine til today.
I looked at all my form notifications and they all are correctly configured:
Sender Name (is the "your name" field on the Contact Us form)
Sender Email (is the "your email" field on the Contact Form)
This is happening now on each form we have. I tried deleting and creating a new Notification - and even though it does not SAY Jotform in the "Sender's Name" field on the notification, that's the way it's coming thru.
Are there issues today?

NEVERMIND. couldn't figure out how to delete this. the TEST was coming from JotForm. I tried the contact page itself and it's working fine. Sorry to waste anyone's time. Please delete.
