Adding a text field

How do I add a text field at the end of single-choice question?  I wanted to add a sublabel but that's not an option.  Currenlty, I'm using a "hover" to convey the text.

The Single Choice field doesn't have a sub-label you can add.

The best option would be the hover text you have added.

However, if you wish to add a paragraph, you may use the text element and add it below your Single Choice field.
