Hello customer support,
I am having an issue at the moment to have the renewal paid for by my account with Citibank. Recently my account has been hacked and I am in the process of getting it released in the next days. As you can understand this is a huge problem because a lot of our accounts can not be paid. We do not want to lose our great situation with you. So can someone help us out please and this way we can get this renewal paid in the next few days. Thanks Leonard Fontana
