Is there any data will send if NO submit button used?

First, thank you for this wonderful forms, that can be made so easily!

I have one question:

I don't use a send button, because I need the subscribed printed forms. If the customers only print their filled  out formulars, is there any data send to jotform at all?

Thanks for contacting us!

No data will be sent to Jotform if the form is not submitted. You can also delete submissions immediately after they submit the form using the autodeletion app.

Just to make sure:

So the privacy police of the EU will NOT BE affected in any way? Your Server will not be contacted at all?

Sorry, I have to be very sure in this matter because of the very strong laws in Germany.

Yes, because the data will not reach our server then it will not affect EU policy. By the way, if your concern is about EU policy, we are GDPR compliance as well.
