I just logged in to see that I have not been receiving notifications when a form has been submitted. Any ideas?

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. I have check your form and found out that your recipient email address is in our bounce list which causing the issue.
Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<firstname.lastname@example.org>) with the =subject of (New submission: Tour Deposits and Payments) matches a profile t=he Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before =resending.'
I have now remove your recipient email address to our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
