I created the form and it integrated with Google spreadsheet just fine. When I went to the web link for my form and tried to do a second submission, it did not integrate even though I got the confirming thank you and email of the submission. I did not change anything on the form or the spreadsheet between submissions. I tried deleting integration and same thing happens with the new form.

Is the problem that I am making multiple submissions from the same computer? Our intended use for the form is to have staff enter case files (multiple submissions) through the form from different locations and have them all integrate on a single spreadsheet.
Do I need to host the form somewhere or can I just give staf the link?

Can you please grank public access to your google spreadsheet so that we can have a look and do some test submissions?

Can't share outside organization. Have determined tat this is just not worth the hassel. Find supoort here to be aweful.
