I get an error message when I try to download a file. "Page could not be found."

You need to login to your JotForm account to download the file. If you don't want to require the login, you have to uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files in your account settings under Privacy. If you don't own the form, you can contact the form owner and inform this solution.
