SMTP Issue related to Email Notification and Autoresponder

    Hello,

    Kindly check the form as we are having below mentioned issues by setting our own SMTP : (no_reply@newindiabank.in)

    *  my Email Verification Widget not working & showing SMTP error.

    *  not getting Autoresponder email.


    *  not getting Notification Email.

    We have noticed that if the SMTP set to default then all the above issues get resolved.
    Our client want to set their own SMTP so kindly look into the same.

    I created a test form in your account and set your SMTP as the sender's email. Please see the test form I created here: https://form.jotform.me/92942634301454

    I tried submitting that form, but I didn't receive the autoresponder's email. Meaning, your SMTP is not working, please reconfigure your SMTP and correct the settings for it to work.
