Mobile App: Yesterday 8 service forms were submitted offline, unfortunately only 6 uploaded correctly

    We seem to be having several issues of lost forms when the technicians are filling the forms out offline, then attempting to upload them afterwards. Have you seen problems with this? Yesterday 8 service forms were submitted offline, unfortunately only 6 uploaded correctly, so we need to send out technicians back again.

    Hi Rob,

    As far as I understand, you were using our mobile application when submitting forms offline. 

    May we ask you to share some more information that would help us in any way? 

    Was the form submitted 8 times via one device or through several devices? 

    Have you received any error when syncing submissions online?
